Sihing Kwok Chung Chow was a native of Hong Kong. Always fascinated by Kung Fu movies while growing up. He had studied Karate, Hung Ka and Gardon style. A ray of styles has touched Chow's curiosity but he continued looking for a style best suited for him.  At the age of seventeen, he met Sifu Ng Wah Sum and began his traditional training of Wing Chun. He was fascinated by Wing Chun's economical techniques and the sticky hand sensitivity training. In 1971, he went to New York with his family and opened the first Wing Chun school near Chinatown in the following year. He then teaches Wing Chun until now.

Gobbetti Massimiliano has been devoted to Martial Art for more than 20 years, and is deeply falling in love with Chinese culture and heritage, he further advanced and become student of Grand Master Ng Wah Sum. Since then, Massimiliano visited Hong Kong every year and practised more than 16 hours a day during his stay.

In 2007, Grand Master Ng granted Massimiliano a Chinese name 麥理露 (Mak Li Lo) and this name has been following Massimiliano since then.

In March 2010 when Grand Master Ng passed away and Massimiliano leaving all his work behind, brought his spouse to Hong Kong to attend Grand Master's funeral and his respectful attitude had been widely praised by all members of the Academy.
